Dr Nirmal Choraria - Chief Paediatrician and Intensivist is the founder of Nirmal Hospital and is the guiding force behind providing intensive care to newborn and children in South Gujarat. Nirmal is a Faculty and Guide for the one year PICU fellowship Certificate Program and Member of Central Council of Paediatric Critical Care Council of Indian Academy of Paediatrics. He also actively participates in the patient management and counseling of the families in the NICU.

Dr Kiranjit Kaur Joshi is a Peadiatric Intensivist and Consultant Paediatrician at Nirmal Hospital. She completed her MD Paediatrics from Surat Medical College in 1998 and worked as an Assistant Professor in Paediatric Medicine from 2000-2003.Kiran further worked in Australia at Mater Children's Hospital, Brisbane from 2004-2006 and received training in Paediatric Critical Care (Paediatric and Cardiac Intensive Care) as well as Paediatric Emergency Medicine. She is also actively involved in PICU and NICU Fellowship Program at Nirmal Hospital.

Dr Rajiv Agrawal- Senior Consultant Paediatrician and Head Neonatal Intensive Care affiliated with Nirmal Hospital since 2005. Rajiv has 25years experience in India and Overseas (Australia, Middle East and Africa). He received training in Paediatrics and Child Health both in India and Australia and was awarded FRACP (Australian College Fellowship) in 2006. Dr Agrawal completed Neonatal Fellowship Program at RHW Sydney (1996-1999) and further worked as Senior Staff Specialist Paediatrician and Clinical Associate Lecturer, University of Sydney in Australia (2007- 2008).
