She completed her MD Paediatrics from Surat Medical College in 1998 and worked as an Assistant Professor in Paediatric Medicine from 2000-2003. Dr. Kiranjit further worked in Australia at Mater Children's Hospital, Brisbane from 2004-2006 and received training in Paediatric Critical Care (Paediatric and Cardiac Intensive Care) as well as Paediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Meeta Shah passed B.D.S. from Mahatama Gandhi Vidyamandir Dental College and Hospital, Nasik in 2002. She has the experience of working in premier hospitals in the country.

Dr Tejas Mehta is working at Nirmal Hospital Pvt. Ltd. since 2003. He successfully completed one year "PICU Fellowship" program from Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital, Chennai in 2006 and is now working as a full time Consultant Paediatric Intensivist. He received his MD Paedaitrics from Surat in 2002 and further worked as an Assistant Professor at Government Medical College, Surat (2002-2003) and joined Nirmal Hospital Pvt. Rajiv has 25years experience in India and Overseas (Australia, Middle East and Africa). He received training in Paediatrics and Child Health both in India and Australia and was awarded FRACP (Australian College Fellowship) in 2006.
