Basic Health Check Up evaluates in detail the present health status of the person undergoing the Check Up.
Basic Health Check Up Package consists of all the tests included in the Routine Health Check Up Package and :

| INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEATH CHECK UP CUSTOMERS |

Kindly take appointment one day prior to undergoing the Health Check Up. |

You have to observe fasting for 10-12 hours prior to undergoing the health check up. So have your dinner by 8:30 pm and after that other than water do not have anything. |

Alcohol should not be consumed on the day prior to undergoing the health check up. |
| • |
Kindly collect your first urine and stool sample in the container provided and bring it a long with you. |
| • |
Kindly bring all your medicines, medical records and your case file in case you are undergoing any treatment at present or are taking any medicine regularly. |
